Before your arrival in France
- Through Disneyland Paris site 

Once arrived in Paris
- At the front desk of your hotel
- At the Foxity Terminal: Galerie de la Madeleine - 9, place de la Madeleine
- At the Office de Tourisme de Paris

· Please be at the meeting place 15 minutes before the departure time of the Disneyland Express shuttle
· Arrivals and departures take place at the coach parking bays of Disneyland Paris (10 minute walk from the entrance to the Parks)
· Pushchair rental available at the "Strollers and Wheelchair Rental" at the gates of the Park
